How to Place Options Trades
Hi, Rob Booker here.
There have been lots of questions pouring in lately about Options trading so I wanted to put this together as a quick guide for how to place an Options trade.
Some of the questions are:
1. What type of account do I need to trade options?
There are multiple brokers you can use. Some of them include:
- tradestation, etc…
2. How do I place these type of trades?
I did a quick tutorial with tastyworks which is one of the brokerages I use.
If you want to give tastyworks a shot you can open an account here
**Also as a bonus they include several introduction to options videos that can be helpful as you explore some of these new instruments.
